Dr Tony Degazon

Dr Tony Degazon, based in Dubai, is the Regional Manager for the City & Guilds Group, leading operations and projects across the Middle East, North Africa and Europe. He is responsible for over 400 educational institutions from K12 to Higher Education certifying approximately 30,000 people each year in a range of industrial sectors.

He has worked in the Middle East for over 30 years supporting large educational initiatives that make a positive difference to people’s lives and aspirations. Previously Tony worked with UAE Federal Government for 15 years developing Emiratis skills to enter the world of work and graduated with a Doctorate in Education from the University of Nottingham (UK) researching effective teaching practice.
