Nele Noe

Nele Noe INDEPENDENT CONSULTANT Nele Noe holds an MA in International Educational Leadership and Policy from the US and an MA in Teaching English as a Foreign Language from the UK combined with over 25 years of experience in teaching, teacher training, curriculum development, instructional design and educational reform. Her experience includes small, medium and large-scale educational projects in the MENA region, South America, Asia and Africa for Ministries of Education, local education authorities, schools and various iNGOs such as the British Council, Cambridge Assessment English, AED, VVOB, Reach out to Asia etc. She has designed, developed and delivered face-to-face, blended and remote Teacher Professional Development (TPD) programs. Her current doctoral research is into the impact of blended TPD on student learning outcomes in the Global South.
